We recommend starting with our Foundation Yoga Program if you're new to yoga. If you have some experience, you may begin with Intermediate Flow. We also offer free program consultations where our experienced instructors can assess your needs and recommend the best program for your goals and experience level.

Most of our programs include 1-2 classes per week for 6-12 weeks, depending on the program. Our Teacher Training requires a more significant commitment of approximately 200 hours over 3-6 months, with both weekend intensives and weekday evening sessions available.

For most programs, we recommend starting at the beginning to get the full benefit of the curriculum. However, for some ongoing classes, you may join at any time. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation, and we'll help you find the best solution.

Yes, we offer installment payment plans for all our multi-week programs, and scholarships are available for our Teacher Training program for qualified applicants. Please inquire during the application process to learn more about our financial assistance options.

We understand that life happens! For most programs, we offer make-up classes or recorded sessions that you can access if you need to miss a class. For Teacher Training, attendance requirements are stricter, but we work with students to ensure they can complete all necessary hours.
